Tasks

-Manage large project budgets of $15M+ while maintaining schedule and cost control. -Oversee daily field activities, subcontractor coordination, and schedule management. -Ensure top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency across all project phases. -Lead all field operations for large ground-up commercial projects from sitework through turnover. -Communicate effectively with project management, design teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

What You Bring

We’re partnering with a leading national general contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee large ground-up tilt wall and data center projects across the Southeast U.S. This is a long-term travel role for a field leader who excels at delivering high-quality work on complex, fast-paced projects. Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -Proven success leading ground-up commercial builds valued at $15M+. -7+ years of superintendent experience on tilt wall and/or data center construction projects. -Strong understanding of site logistics, concrete tilt construction, MEP coordination, and mission-critical building systems. -Highly preferred residence: VA, NC, SC, GA, East AL, East TN, East KY, or Northern FL. -Proven job stability with a track record of long-term tenure and consistent project delivery. -Full-time travel required during the week — home on weekends. -Stable pipeline of large-scale tilt wall and data center projects across the Southeast.
