The Role

Overview

Assist with centre rent collection, arrears, invoicing, and finance admin.

Tasks

-Maintain databases -Reconciliation and banking of gift card takings -Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices) -Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external -Oversee the rental arrears collection process -Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk -Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections -Perform account reconciliations -Raise monthly charges -Complete petty cash reconciliations -Process workflows

What You Bring

-Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar -Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Strong numeracy skills and the ability to put together and interpret a budget -Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint -Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
