Tasks
Join our team as a Home Ownership Property Advisor and make a real difference for our residents, providing clear advice, resolving issues with care and supporting customers to feel confident and secure in their homes. -Set up payment plans, process refunds, and adjust accounts to ensure transparency -Assist with coordination of Section 20 consultations, keeping customers informed along the way -Ensure customers are aware of their rights and responsibilities of their agreements with us -Handle formal enquiries from solicitors, MPs, and Councillors with professionalism and care -Respond to queries across home ownership tenures and wider including repairs, maintenance, ASB, permissions and general property management issues -Manage sub-accounts for more complex arrangements, keeping everything accurate and up to date -Carry out regular checks to make sure we're meeting legal and internal standards -Deal with insurance claims and follow-up -Help deliver campaigns that improve customer experience and service outcomes -Help with lease changes, staircasing, and sales, making sure the admin runs smoothly -Resolve issues quickly and clearly, without needing to escalate -Conduct early conversations to prevent arrears and support financial wellbeing

What You Bring
A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks We're proud to be a Mindful Employer, committed to mental health and wellbeing. We also hold the ‘Committed' Menopause Friendly Accreditation, recognising the importance of support in the workplace. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling queries and objections -Knowledge of property management and housing services -Experience of delivering a customer first approach with a focus on service quality and impact -Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities -Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive, solution-focused approach -Good working knowledge of office IT systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
