Tasks

-Inspire teams and raise the bar on safety, quality, and customer care. -Lead at Scale: Guide a multi-million-dollar plumbing operation with top-tier technicians and leaders. -Drive growth through capacity planning, pricing discipline, add-on services, and market expansion. -Build and execute annual/quarterly business plans aligned to revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA goals. -Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Recruiting, Finance) to hit growth and profitability targets. -Partner with leadership on onboarding, safety/OSHA compliance, technical training, and career pathways. -Recruit, develop, and coach service managers, field supervisors, and plumbers; build a performance culture. -Strengthen parts/vendor relationships and inventory controls to improve first-visit completion. -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI cadence; course-correct with data-driven action plans. -Ensure world-class customer experience (speed to schedule, conversion, NPS/CSAT, callbacks reduction).

What You Bring

-REQUIRED: 5+ years of leadership in residential plumbing service (field and ops). -Love using data/KPIs to drive decisions and continuous improvement. -Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and (ideally) multi-site or high-volume operations. -Excellent communication, coaching, and change-leadership skills. -Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and lead with urgency and integrity. -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ServiceTitan (or similar FSM/dispatch) experience strongly preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
