Tasks

-Troubleshoot product-related issues and implement effective solutions. -Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and enhance performance. -Collaborate with process teams to scale up production processes and optimize. -Improve product design to enhance performance and functionality. -Design and develop new product based on the business need. -Travel frequently to various locations, including international travel, based on the need. -Study existing product designs and develop new concepts. -Spend significant time on-site at manufacturing plants to ensure smooth process implementation and operation. -Ensure safety communication and protocols are adhered to globally. -Apply expertise in topics to drive improvements and innovations. -Animate collaboration within R&D team and process teams to foster a productive and innovative environment. -Scale up new product and process in plants

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving. -Experience in the Insulation materials especially Mineral Wools. -Understanding the product application and customer needs. -Familiarity with NPD methodology -Demonstrate agility in adapting to new challenges and environments. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. -5-8 years of relevant experience in the product development . -PhD / ME MTECH in Material Science with Mechanical background -Willingness to travel frequently and spend time at plant locations. -Strong understanding on product design and development methodology .
