✔ Mentor engineers, CAD technicians, and graduates ✔ Manage design change control and maintain accurate records ✔ Lead and approve design deliverables, reports, and specifications ✔ Ensure compliance with industry standards and formal processes ✔ Represent the design team at key meetings and client reviews You’ll play a key role in delivering upgrades to sewage treatment works and clean water main replacement schemes—projects that truly make a difference. ✔ Identify efficient design solutions from scopes and site assessments

🔹 Chartered Engineer status ✅ Experience across clean and wastewater schemes We’re looking for an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to lead design delivery on major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex schemes, mentor talented teams, and drive innovative solutions that meet safety, quality, and sustainability objectives. 📅 Term: Minimum 12 months 🔹 Excellent IT skills and familiarity with engineering drawing practices ✅ Knowledge of infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects 🔹 Strong understanding of hydraulics and civil engineering principles 🔹 10+ years’ design experience in the water industry at senior/principal level
