Overview
Lead capture efforts for defence contracts, devise win strategies, manage proposals & teams.

Tasks
-Develop and implement win strategies, competitive intelligence portfolios, teaming strategies, customer assessments and all elements of captures to maximise probability-of-win. -Partnering with the Proposal Management team to oversee the development of compelling proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and managing the bid process. -Ensuring adherence to relevant policies, managing risks, and ensuring the integrity of the capture process. -Leading cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, solution architects, engineers, commercial and finance staff, and business development personnel. -Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

What You Bring
-Experience in developing and executing capture strategies whilst adhering to program budgets. -Proven experience in capture management, bid management, or business development within the Australian Defence industry. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Proven understanding of Australian Defence/Government Agency acquisition processes combined with an appreciation of capability solution elements (e.g., scope, cost, and schedule). -Proven track record in building pipelines and achieving success. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with experience in proposal writing and development.
