Tasks

-Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition. -Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, compensation, and benefits. -Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, change management, and policy development. -Champion performance management by implementing tools, processes, and leadership training. -Lead and evolve the HR strategy in alignment with firmwide goals. -Drive a positive workplace culture through coaching, employee relations, and clear communication. -Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, promoting innovation and collaboration. -Guide organizational development initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and cultural integration for M&A activity. -Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks.

What You Bring

-SHRM-CP certification is highly desired. -10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a people management role. -Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Must be able to travel to HEI offices and other relevant areas as needed, typically no more than a few times a month.
