Tasks

Lead and coordinate project interface activities across several interdependent projects. Develop and implement interface management plans, procedures, and registers. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, contractors, and authorities. Identify and mitigate interface-related risks, ensuring project alignment and SIMOPS readiness. Monitor and report interface progress, ensuring compliance with standards and timely resolution of issues.

What You Bring

Strong background in project execution, integration, and stakeholder coordination. Minimum 8 years of interface management experience in large-scale oil & gas projects (including 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role). Experience working in multi-discipline, multicultural environments. We are seeking an experienced Interface Lead to oversee and manage complex onshore and offshore interface activities for a large-scale gas compression and sustainability project. This role is key in ensuring alignment between multiple EPC packages, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
