Overview
Supervise timekeeping and payroll for large EPC mining projects

Tasks
-Coordination of timekeeping interface with craft payroll processing team (BBS) -Creation and distribution of daily/weekly reporting such as force report, attendance reports, etc. -Timekeeping system setup and maintenance. Craft Professional onboarding, data entry and maintenance of employee information in project timekeeping and payroll systems. Project badging for all site personnel (including replacement badging, timeclock troubleshooting and maintenance, and gate watch). Creation and distribution of daily/weekly reporting such as force report, attendance reports, etc. Daily/weekly timesheet reconciliation Coordination of timekeeping interface with craft payroll processing team (BBS) Training and mentoring of Project Timekeepers. Scheduling of overtime, shift coverage, etc. Close coordination with Labor Relations, Construction Supervision and Project Management. Ensure that project timekeeping and craft payroll activities are performed in accordance with company policy and project labor agreements. Provide payroll-related customer service to Craft Professionals. Any other related activities as assigned by the Project Finance and Accounting Manager. -Daily/weekly timesheet reconciliation -Training and mentoring of Project Timekeepers. What You Bring
-Minimum of 5 years of timekeeping experience on large EPC projects, at least 2 of which in a lead/supervisory role. -Strong customer service background. -Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve routine problems. -Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.. -Close coordination with Labor Relations, Construction Supervision and Project Management. -Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
