Tasks

-Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers. Draft and manage contracts and agreements to protect the organization's interests while promoting mutually beneficial partnerships in a cross functional sourcing environment. -Cost Optimization: Implement cost reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize on cost-saving opportunities within the Aftermarket parts HVAC category without compromising quality. -Team Leadership: Build and lead Aftermarket key global vendors on a high-performing cross functional team of procurement professionals. Provide guidance, strategy, and influence others. -Supplier Management: Lead supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and relationship management activities. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of steel raw materials, components and products. -Work Process: Reevaluate and improve the Sourcing actual state of work. Responsible for the management of the full integration with COE (Center of Excellence) and leverage future potential synergies. -Supplier Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, evaluate their performance regularly, and work collaboratively to address any performance issues. -Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for Aftermarket parts, aligned with the organization's overall procurement and business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and emerging trends within the Aftermarket HVAC industry. -Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, WHQ Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment between procurement and business objectives.

-English communication (written and verbal) -Bachelor’s degree -Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating supply chain risks. -Travel 20% -Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel -Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. -Demonstrated track record of driving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier optimization, and contract negotiation. -Presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels -7+ years of experience in strategic supply chain, sourcing , procurement or commodity management -Knowledge on ERP (SAP) system and PBI
