Tasks

-Provide general office administrative support as required -Update and manage records related to transport, fleet maintenance, works scheduling, and engineer activity -Schedule and route engineers effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and time management -Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and customer enquiries -Liaise with clients to confirm works, book appointments, and manage expectations -Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries -Schedule and track regular maintenance for the company fleet, coordinating with service providers as needed

What You Bring
