Tasks
-Drive internal collaboration with delivery, project management, and support teams to ensure project success and repeat business. -Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with state DOTs, public agencies, and federal clients. -Oversee execution of awarded infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with contract terms, budgets, and timelines. -Identify and evaluate new markets, M&A opportunities, and partnership models to expand reach. -Manage risk, resolve escalated issues, and uphold quality across the portfolio. -Build and mentor a team of seller-doers and business developers to support long-term scalability. -Lead sales strategy for construction management services across the infrastructure sector: roads, bridges, ports, tollways, transit systems, and other heavy civil assets. -Act as a visible leader and brand ambassador in the market; attend conferences, panels, and industry events. -Serve as a core member of the executive team, shaping the firm’s infrastructure growth strategy. -Win strategic pursuits and secure large-scale, high-value contracts with cities, states, and port authorities.

What You Bring
-Are California-based and able to travel periodically to our Irvine office. -Are a true seller-doer: equally comfortable in the boardroom and on a job site. -Deep knowledge of how to sell to and serve government agencies, DOTs, port authorities, and federal entities. -A track record of winning and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. -Proven success in sales leadership roles with P&L responsibility, especially in professional services or construction management. -Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). -Thrive in high-visibility, high-stakes environments where outcomes matter. -Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. -Lead with vision but execute with precision. -15+ years of progressive leadership in infrastructure-related industries (transportation, heavy civil, or public sector construction).
