Tasks

-Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards -Build the team and implement plans to achieve goals and growth within budget to KPI’s -Promote a positive culture, reinforce company values and acceptable behaviour -Apply a professional approach to carry out clear, pro-active resolutions to conflicts -Support project scheduling, procurement, and other pre-construction activities -Verify work crews are resourced to complete works in a safe working environment -Oversee budgets, resources, profit and loss (P&L), and assigned works in progress (WIP) -Ensure teams comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies -Manage client and stakeholders, and work collaboratively with work teams and business departments to meet project objectives

What You Bring

-WA Electrical License - Energy Safety (WA) -Eligible to work in Australia -Ability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders -Construction White Card -Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification or Engineering Degree in Electrical Discipline -Previous senior leadership role in the mining/resources sector -Extensive knowledge in electrical systems, codes, and regulations including AS/NZS 3000:2018 and Workplace Health & Safety Act -Willingness to travel to site regularly and maintain a hands-on approach -Cultivate skills to move into higher-paying positions -Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electrical industry -Proven track record in establishing and implementing frameworks and procedures
