Tasks

-Coordinating with scheduling to get jobs completed -Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers -Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contract documents, and project specifications -Coordination Between Trades -Estimate, sell, and manage fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression projects -Responsible for reading inspection reports and generating proposals to customers for repairs

-Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude. -Professionalism in email and over the phone. -Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills -Valid driver's license and excellent driving record -Must have good computer technical experience -Ability to multi-task to the extreme -AutoCad experience preferred -High Mechanical Interest -Proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills. Must be tech savvy. -Proficiency in word, excel, and spreadsheets desired -Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
