Tasks

-Help or lead define and design of GIS applications and toolsets -Administration and configuration of ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Hub, Datastore -Create and manage Enterprise Geodatabases -Participate in client meetings and perform demos of developed tools -Implementing custom widgets and themes in ArcGIS Web App Builder or Experience Builder Developer editions -Dashboard development for data analysis and situational awareness -Creation scheduled tasks for ingesting and normalizing data with Python -Troubleshoot issues and optimize data via ArcGIS Server Manager and Monitor -Architect efficient solutions and Enterprise GIS environments to meet client requirements -Develop process and data automation via scripting -Configure and deploy field collection apps (Survey123, FieldMaps) -Implement GIS applications and toolsets, including ArcGIS Online and Enterprise -Configuration and customization of Survey123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Web App Builder, ArcGIS Experience Builder

-Successful deployment of configured Apps with ArcGIS Web App Builder and Experience Builder Developer editions -General knowledge of deploying and troubleshooting standalone applications to IIS -Configuration of Esri Experience Builder -Understanding of and manipulation of AGOL/Enterprise app JSON and XML -Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. -Production experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server geodatabase management / SQL querying multi-environment setups (Dev, Test, Prod) -Production experience with Python and ArcGIS API for Python and ArcPy -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, Geography, Management Information Systems or related field. -ArcGIS Enterprise installation and setup -Understanding of other geodatabase platforms including PostgreSQL + PostGIS -Minimum of 10+ years of GIS ESRI suite of software, including: -Esri Pipeline Referencing Expertise -ArcGIS Enterprise Management -Linear Referencing System Linear Referencing System -Use of and management of GIS with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online -10+ years of experience in GIS -10+ years of experience in Transportation -Esri Roads and Highways Expertise -Experience creating geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Pro Model Builder and ArcGIS Pro Python Toolbox
