Tasks
-Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices -Develop detailed architectural blueprints that outline system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications -Engage with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges -Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards -Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations to ensure clarity and accountability -Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation of FSM solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural designs and project timelines -Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence -Present architectural solutions and design decisions to clients, articulating the benefits and rationale behind chosen approaches -Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in solution delivery -Lead the design of comprehensive FSM solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the utilities and energy sectors -Translate client needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery -Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of FSM solutions -Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution design and implementation strategies -Establish and enforce best practices for solution design, coding standards, and system integrations

What You Bring
-Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas -Technical proficiency in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics -Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance -Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning as they apply to Field Service Management -Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations, and integrating with existing technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.) -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field -Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering high-impact programs -Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Field Service Management solutions, with a significant focus on the utilities and energy industries -Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, execution, and risk management -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and stakeholders at all levels -Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions -Experience with Click or similar FSM platform and its applications in the utilities sector and(or) familiarity with FSM tools -Ability to travel to client site (domestic and(or) international) as required and defined per project requirements -Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop talent -Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using some of the following: XML, JSON, HTML 5, Angular JS, etc -Experience with planning, designing, and developing integration solutions to integrate with enterprise systems using SOAP & REST web services -Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is preferred
