Tasks

-Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets. -In conventional communities, demonstrate models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits. -Maintain sales center appearance. -Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant. -Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office. -Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms. -Distribute current price lists to guests. -Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website. -Attend sales training, as required.

What You Bring

-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing -Basic proficiency in using computer systems -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment -Knowledge of sales organization preferred -Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred -Exceptional computer skills -Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
