Tasks
-Ensure Company Wide Authority Matrix (CWAM) compliance and adherence with proposal process procedures such as: Opportunity Process Procedure, Cost Reviews, Proposal Review Boards, among others. -Continually evaluate risks of the project based on known and unknown information in collaboration with the team. -Facilitate proposal kick-off meeting and strategy meetings. -Responsible for pursuit management, coordination of proposals, interviews and negotiations leading to selection -Ensure accountability across the pursuit team; meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements. -Responsible for budget, schedule, and quality of assigned proposals. -Collaboration – Builds internal and external partnerships and works in collaboration with others to meet shared objectives -Drive collaboration between pursuit team members and other shareholders. -Manage multiple pursuits of differing revenue, contracting structures, complexities and schedules at a given time -Fostering understanding of client organization, buying patterns, project selection committee, influencers and political dynamics -Collaborate with the Client Account Manager and Project Management to implement the proposal strategy. -Drive review of Risk Register by Project Manager and Project Director, taking into consideration Solution and Client Segment perspective. -Manage proposals that are Design-Build or large services scope and generally with medium to high-risk profiles -Ensure project management participation in proposal process (project execution plan, scope review, risk mitigation, commercial terms, etc.). -Organize and manage pursuit positioning activities following lead identification -Manage any proposals identified as Mega Project and coordinate all required process requirements. -Manage proposal development from assignment to contract signing.

What You Bring
-All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. -Effective communication – Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) and able to interface with diverse personalities -8+ years of engineering, project execution or technical pursuit management experience -Understanding of financial metrics including PGM, revenue, and overhead costs (Business Acumen) -Strong problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve) -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical project execution field -Business Insight – applies (and gains) knowledge of the business and marketplace to advance BV goals -Flexibility – the ability to appropriately adapt to and mange quick changes in direction -Commercial/business knowledge of contracts -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience -DB and Water experience is preferred. -Decision Quality – Makes good and timely decisions to keep the team moving forward
