Tasks

-Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs. -You’ll have the opportunity to lead onsite operations and make an impact. -Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals. -Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency. -You’ll play a key role in repositioning and improving the community. -Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success. -Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.

What You Bring

-Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -Familiarity with property management software (Yardi). -2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets. -Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
