Lead and oversee the Property Management department, supporting staff and ensuring compliance.

Tasks

-Monitor and improve where necessary the Property Management process -Be the leader on compliance and ensure all properties and files are always up to date -Be hands on, fill in and assist the team where necessary -Support the Property Managers with their day to day role and career development -Conduct regular meetings and quarterly one to ones to assist with the above -Review and resolve complaints

What You Bring

-Experience in a management position -Driving license and access to a vehicle -Experience as a Senior Property Manager or above is essential -ARLA or a similar level of accreditation preferred -Competent across Microsoft office, Outlook and PM software
