Tasks
-Actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant growth with ERM’s target Finance Sector clients. -Build, grow, and manage a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants. -Foster, expand and leverage a network of excellent client relationships with a focused set of financial sector organizations (consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory). -Maintain a working knowledge of industry business cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high-potential, top opportunities. -To drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders. -Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value, and quality service. -From time to time, travel to client locations and other ERM offices may be required. -Meet business health & safety performance standards, financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, internal risk management and contractual requirements.

What You Bring
-Track record of technical, commercial, and regulatory deal advice across the sector. -Additional language skills valuable. -Proven Business Development acumen with leading organizations in the infrastructure and energy sectors. -Demonstrable track record in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales/programs. -Able to have strategic discussions with business leaders and a proven track record of helping clients realize their ambitious low carbon goals through the implementation of low carbon economy transition infrastructure. -Broad understanding of global energy (and energy-intensive) market and macroeconomic outlooks. -Business acumen to understand business risks and challenges and to recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients. -In-depth understanding of the infrastructure sector and the companies operating in this market, including existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business. -15+ years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially with the energy and/or infrastructure sectors, including experience in the industry’s need to meet the world’s Low Carbon Economy Transition goals. -Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace. -Experience overseeing the delivery of Technical due diligence assignments -An innovative and creative mindset capable of influencing and delivering change is desirable. -Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability or related field.
