Billing Specialist

Overview

Invoice customers accurately and maintain billing records per contracts.

Tasks

-Identify issues, research and/or remedy as appropriate. -Provide quality control for other team members. -Assist with establishing new billing policies and procedures. -Bill customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines and regulations. -Maintain and update billing files in accordance with established guidelines. -Partner with Service Billing Supervisor to ensure hitting weekly goals. -Communicate with clients and management on any questions or concerns

What You Bring

-Accurate and proficient typing and 10-key skills. -Experience with Microsoft Office. -Must possess an extremely strong work ethic. -Associate's degree in accounting or business is a plus. -Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. -Previous experience in a fast-paced billing environment. -HSA and FSA
