Manage and implement BIM processes across civil works teams for Sizewell C project

Tasks

-Research and implement new ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and support sustainability. -Coordinate creation, management, and delivery of BIM models across the project. -Promote digital culture and support project delivery during Design, Construction, and Handover phases. -Support integration of scheduling (4D), cost (5D), and asset data (6D) into BIM for construction and handover. -Support delivery of Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) and Project Information Model (PIM). -Develop and implement digital processes and technology to manage BIM throughout construction stages. -Manage As-Built models for commissioning and project closeout. -Educate project teams and supply chain on use and development of the Project Information Model. -Assist in producing graphical, non-graphical, and document-based project information.

What You Bring

-Experience managing teams and workflows to meet deadlines. -Experience with 4D/5D modelling is a plus. -Experience with BIM clash detection, model management, and COBie requirements. -Proficient in Tekla, Revit, and collaboration tools like Navisworks and Solibri. -Familiar with Common Data Environments and industry digital standards (BS, PAS, ISO 19650). -Skilled in delivering graphical and non-graphical data per BIM Execution Plans. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -Proven background in BIM coordination experience in design or construction projects. -Knowledge of Digital Level 2 standards and BIM software tools. -Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure with project teams and supply chain.
