Tasks
-Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of Compliance Management System. -Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Product Compliance Policy. -Manage customer accounts by tracking customer payments, ensuring timely collections, properly addressing invoice-related disputes to accelerate cash flow and proper daily cash posting to ensure current and accurate credit exposure. -Performs work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment. -Monitor A/R Support email correspondence and customers master data updates as needed. New customer system set up and sold to locations must be in accordance with process in place. -Responsible for assisting Credit Manager with any daily, monthly, and year-end reports related to the department as needed. -Prioritize day-to-day tasks and long-term department goals. -Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. -Account reconciliation and collections, contacting customers via email or telephone as needed to ensure healthy cash flow and timely payments reducing the risk of bad debt and maintaining a clean ledger. -Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and markets demands. -Set and manage multiple priorities. -Prioritize workload to meet month-end, such as JE and related goals and deadlines as per Credit Manager request.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. -Strong communication skills (verbal and written) -Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff. -Credit review or credit application process for prospective and existing customers. Able to process credit applications within 24 and gather all required documentation for approval, account set up and customer credit terms email notification. -Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. -Experience with business computer applications including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. -Strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize. -Demonstrate the ability to build and foster strong business relationships
