Tasks

-Enter and audit employee expense reports in Concur & Viewpoint Accounting Software -Review and analyze invoices entered by the districts -Provide superior customer service -Assist the Districts/Management/IT with accounts payable inquiries -Provide continuous training and support to the Accounts Payable teams in the districts -Enter payroll related invoices and create EFT and Cheque payment batches -Review and edit employee expenses for proper approvals, coding, and tax calculations -Maintain the Company’s values by keeping information confidential

-Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups -Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills; thoughtful, proactive and creative -Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment -Enrollment or completion of a post-secondary institution in a related field -Relevant work experience of at least 2+ years in Accounts Payable -Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail -Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them -Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment -High School Diploma required -Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment -Strong written and oral communication skills
