Call Center Manager

Overview

Oversee call center and inside sales, manage staff, leads, and performance for multiple brands.

-Provide leadership and motivation to leaders and department. -Manage brand results, staffing and production to achieve goals. -Report and audit of entire lead workflow. -Track and maintain daily, monthly and yearly goals. -Keep the department up to date on processes and improvements.
