Tasks

-Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance models within Project Services -Build and maintain dashboards and trackers to provide visibility into timelines, adoption progress, and resource utilization -Lead small to medium-scale projects or pilot programs from kickoff to completion, providing structured updates to leadership -Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing across departments to ensure consistent execution and accountability -Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, guides, and templates to ensure consistent standards -Conduct post-project reviews and performance analyses to identify lessons learned and process improvements -Collect, analyze, and report on project data to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities -Support project intake and prioritization by documenting business needs, risks, and dependencies -Evaluate workflows to identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation or dashboard enhancements -Partner with internal departments, regional teams, and vendors to coordinate requirements and ensure alignment with company goals -Collaborate with the Manager of Project Services to enhance data visibility, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline project tracking -Create easy-to-understand user materials, job aids, and FAQs to support training and platform adoption -Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as well as all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws -Maintain organized repositories of project data, lessons learned, and standardized resources for future reference

What You Bring

-Experience with SaaS platforms (Yardi, HappyCo, CRM-IQ, Paycom, WorkVivo, etc.) preferred -Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed -2+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or data-driven project support roles Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) -Valid and current driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating across departments -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute daily -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations -Experienced in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) -Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland Home Office -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly -Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment -Prompt and regular attendance with a professional appearance while on duty -Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing -Willing and able to travel up to 15% for on-site project or training needs -Ability to provide clear professional directions in person, over the phone, email, and text -Proficiency in project management platforms such as Monday.com (required) and supporting tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar) -Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
