The Role
Overview
Prepare and analyze environmental samples under GMP/GLP guidelines on 2nd shift.

Tasks
-Perform prep/analysis of samples of various matrices for various analytical methods -Analyze/prep samples and QC for routine testing -Review, work up, and assemble all supporting data for work performed -Perform basic maintenance on equipment used for routine work -Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner -Dispose of all chemical wastes using approved methods -Prepare standard solutions and other reagents as needed -Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate

What You Bring
-Experience with instrumentation is a plus, including LC/MS or GC/MS -Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for degree. -Previous lab experience is a plus -Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. -Use word processor and spreadsheet programs on PC -Read, understand, and carry out SOPs required by EPA or company methods, governing agencies, clients, and our internal QC department -Environmental Science coursework or experience is a plus, but is not required -Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship -Regular attendance and punctuality

Benefits
This position is full-time, 2nd shift, 3pm-1130pm, with overtime as required. Training will be M-F, 8am-430pm, but may be able to be flexible. Pay range $18/hour + 10% shift differential Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
