  • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with forecasting and budgeting.

Do you have a passion for Music and travel? Our client is growing their team and looking for a Business Development Manager to support them building their presence in Europe and the UK.

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive growth across key European markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing a respected British brand internationally.

This role involves frequent travel across Europe and is ideal for someone with a passion for music, technology, and high-quality consumer products. While prior business development experience is advantageous, it is not essential our client values enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Location: Southend, Essex, United Kingdom (with regular travel across Europe)

This role when not travelling will be based at their offices in Southend, Essex.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + Performance Based incentives
