Tasks

-Supporting the planning of workflow for a remote team of professionals based across the UK -Communicating with clients on daily basis -Providing excellent tailored support to our clients to meet their needs -Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of site assessments.

What You Bring

-Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively. -Proficiency in MS Office 365. -Experience in the property management industry. -Great customer service skills both internally and externally -Experience of working in a regulatory environment. -Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. -Experience of working with Salesforce and/or Risk base would be a significant advantage.
