Our new colleagues will be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering set to graduate in May 2026. New staff will be part of engineering design teams in Land Development, Transportation or Municipal/Infrastructure Departments. -No experience necessary but relevant internship experience highly encouraged. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an Abet-Accredited program. -Introduced to software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer -Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
