The Role

Assist with facility operations, meeting room setups, safety checks, and client service.

Tasks

-Assist in emergencies such as light leaks, spills etc. -Set up and support Meeting rooms in line with client requests -Upsell facilities by making the Facilities Manager aware of any gaps in service. -Providing additional support for Clients -Working as part of a team in delivering a high standard -Ensure reception is kept tidy at all times, ensuring to check this area frequently. -Remove waste paper from all areas and ensure proper storage and segregation and collection by contractor -Greeting clients and staff to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere. -Report any maintenance issues which you notice onsite to the Facilities Manager. -Liaising with the cleaning team on specific requests and ensuring the cleaning schedule adhered to. -Assist in health and Safety including bell tests, floor walks and first aid boxes are stocked -Frequent checks of key areas like toilets and café area, tidying and replenishing stock when necessary -Investigate the nature of the problems and seek a speedy resolution. -Respond to soft service calls logged with the facilities help desk. -Attend to meeting room requests/set ups -Monthly completion of timesheets/reports/stocksheets -Identify and report hazards and incidents

What You Bring

-Highly organized and excellent time management -A high level of attention to detail -Customer service experience -Ability to work on own initiative -Familiarization with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) -Fluent English -Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
