Tasks

The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site aspects of projects while ensuring full delivery of project objectives. -Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, Toolbox Talks, RAMS, PPE, and other safety protocols. -Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on site. -Direct and train apprentices, managing deliveries and daily checks. -Ensure snag lists are completed and signed off. -Communicate project changes effectively to the team. -Update project progress reports and maintain document management systems. -Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors. -Monitor and report on labour tracking. -Verify that all relevant permits are in place. -Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures. -Develop and manage project-specific scheduling. -Execute commissioning and project close-out plans. -Report and monitor project quality. -Order day-to-day site materials. -Manage relevant external correspondence. -Oversee testing, certification, and handover processes.

-Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Up-to-date manual handling and safe pass certifications. -Qualified Electrician. -Proven experience managing and leading teams. -Previous experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.

Benefits

Salary: £55,000 DOE
