Tasks

-Develop and implement workplace safety management systems and employee welfare protocols -Lead teams through hands-on management while establishing a strong on-site presence for staff support -Analyse operational systems and present data-driven recommendations for equipment and process improvements -Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes based on current compliance -Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships with clients and residents -Conduct performance analyses, including incident investigations and corrective action plans -Manage operations including H&S standards, fleet compliance, financial processes, and contract performance -Resolve complex operational challenges using systematic problem-solving methodologies -Drive performance excellence by establishing quality standards and using data to measure against key performance indicators
