The Role

Overview

Drive sales, manage accounts, lead projects in HV/O&G sector for Hitachi Energy.

Tasks

-Building and maintaining a strong relationship at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders and decision makers, to ensure effective communication on the segment. -Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Monitor appropriate prices and margins within the defined segment and supporting the sales team to negotiate key contracts -Identifies and prioritizes key accounts and gives appropriate feedback on market developments and requirements, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and targets. -Ensuring the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all stakeholders, supporting the development and achievement of standards through a clear definition and regular oversight. -Interpreting a segment strategy to meet requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in SWOT analysis and player’s map. -Experience in High Voltage, Transformers, Automation Industry with exposure to large projects in Oil and Gas/Power Plants. -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and excellent collaboration and work with cross functional and cross-cultural team. -A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with strong technical background with 10-15 years of experience. -Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required. -Capability to develop work practices and to take lessons learned and implement them into the processes. -Possess strong leadership skills and ability to lead virtual team and convince stakeholders in the interest of the project. -Ability to work under pressure to deliver the Country sales budget
