What You Bring

-Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers -Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative -Strong working knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & FourSquare -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint -Effective communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills -Work well independently and as a team -Must be able to work business hours Monday-Friday with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
