The Role
Overview
Maintain and repair CNC, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment on weekend shifts.

Tasks
-Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing hydraulic equipment, circuits and components. -Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction -Assisting crew members and work in team environment. -Reading assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts. -Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures. -Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical circuits. (occasional) -Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as required) and respirators when required. -Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing control devices. -Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing pneumatic systems.

What You Bring
-Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics. -Must work well in a team environment -Must be willing to learn and perform with minimal direction -Frequent use of hand tools and power tool -Able to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently -Safety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities. -Strong mathematical ability is essential. -Ability to work long hours and weekends. -Requires working with a wide variety of other job groups and involves working around traffic, heights, electricity, hydraulics, and heavy equipment including moving parts. -Must be able to efficiently and effectively use a computer, CMMS and related software related to record-keeping and machine troubleshooting/maintenance. -Minimum of 2 years of in a maintenance role -Ability of strong mechanical aptitude. -Ability to work and concentrate in a noisy environment. -Must be able to meet physical lifting demand up to 50lbs. -Must be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, "A" frame ladders, etc.) -Must be fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills. -Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, hand-eye coordination. -Must be self-driven and able to drive organizational change -Ability to troubleshoot and repair low voltage (12 v DC) – high voltage (480 v AC 3 Phase) electrical systems. -High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; associate degree in electrical technology preferred. -Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders -Must have manual dexterity. -Continuous standing and walking -Working at heights usually no higher than 20 feet in the air on an elevated structure using proper lift equipment and Fall Protection Equipment. -Ability to visually and mentally make priority decisions and independent judgment calls based on the situation at hand. -Must be able to understand our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and be able to conform to our work order procedures. -Must have basic computer skills: Microsoft Suite -Ability to operate hand and power tools, industrial machines, digital cameras, phones, scanners, tools, and controls in a safe manner. -Must have mechanical and electrical knowledge -Must be able to look up parts from equipment drawings, schematics and parts lists.
