Tasks
-Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. -Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures are being followed. -Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards. -Assist the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. -Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting – improving the performance of each staff member. -Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. -Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are being followed. -Maintain residents' files in accordance with company standards. -Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances. -Assist the Property Manager with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. -Assist the team by maintaining and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company. -Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met. -Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. -Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary.

What You Bring
-Be able to manage a team. -Effective communication and customer service skills. -General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills -High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required -Bachelor’s Degree preferred -3+ years of Property Management experience -Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills. -1+ years of Management experience
