Tasks
-Act as the main point of contact for operational queries from and during works on the front line. -Lead and coordinate a small team attending drainage blockage call outs across residential, commercial, or public sites. -Support training and development of team members, promoting a positive and proactive working environment. -To maintain the equipment in a serviceable condition at all times -To represent the company in a professional manner at all times. -Accurately record job details, findings, and actions taken using handheld devices or paperwork. -Carry out physical clearance of blockages using high pressure water jetting, mechanical tools, and CCTV inspection equipment. -Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures. -Implement and enforce health and safety procedures within the team. -Maintain equipment and vehicles to a high standard, reporting faults or issues promptly. -To attend training and update courses as required. -Work alongside clients to ensure that programmes are met such as the mis use programme via Anglian Water. -Liaise with customers, site contacts, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues professionally. -Conduct risk assessments and ensure all team members follow safe working practices.

What You Bring
-Competent in using jetting equipment, CCTV survey tools, and other drainage clearance equipment. -High Pressure Water Jetting qualification. -Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. -Experience in reactive maintenance or emergency response work. -Full UK driving licence. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. -Good communication, problem solving and customer service skills. -Knowledge of health & safety regulations relating to drainage and construction environments. -Proven experience in drainage operations or a similar field-based role. -Basic IT skills for job reporting and communication. -Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
