-Design and automate internal systems that streamline marketplace and recruiting operations -Drive key growth initiatives across billing, onboarding, SEO, and integrations -Build structure from ambiguity-turning unstructured work into clear, repeatable processes -Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience end-to-end -Contribute to shaping company strategy and help scale the next phase of growth

What You Bring

-4-8 years of experience in GTM, Operations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or VC -Background in elite or early-stage startup environments (Series A-pre-IPO) -Process-minded operator who thrives on bringing order to fast-moving challenges -Sharp, adaptable, and comfortable context-switching across multiple priorities -Persuasive communicator who can sell ideas and drive alignment
