What You Bring

-Experience working in a Pharmaceutical / highly compliant / regulated Environment would be desirable. -Qualified Experience of training & developing a team to ensure standards are always high -Strong knowledge of industry related Health & Safety. IOSH or NEBOSH are highly desirable -Understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering services, their design, operation and maintenance would be desirable -Excellent Knowledge of soft and hard services -Working knowledge of service provision contracts and contract administration procedures -Understanding of financial budgeting, management and control techniques -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Full UK driving license with access to your own personal vehicle -Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
