Overview

Tasks

-Inspect completed and in-progress work to ensure it meets internal standards and project specifications. -Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all crew members follow safe work practices. -Maintain daily logs, track labor hours, monitor material usage, and update project management teams regularly. -Identify field challenges early and implement effective solutions to prevent delays, rework, or safety concerns. -Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. -Ensure all installations are efficient, accurate, and fully code-compliant. -Supervise, direct, and mentor electricians and apprentices on multi-family job sites. -Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. -Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies at all times. -Maintain accurate inventory and oversee proper use and storage of job site resources. -Communicate issues, needs, and project status updates to the Project Manager or Superintendent. -Lay out daily tasks including conduit runs, panel installations, device installation, terminations, and related work. -Identify deficiencies and create/complete punch lists as needed.

What You Bring

-Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. -Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). -Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by local municipality). -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. -Proficiency with technology such as tablets, mobile apps, and project management tools. -Ability to work at heights, on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and in confined spaces. -Ability to manage multiple crews and tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications. -Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions typical of Pennsylvania seasons. -Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, or climbing. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. -4+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably in residential or multi-family projects. -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
