Tasks

Study the project drawing to arrange the needs for surveying requirement. to defined tolerances of the constructed work. The Land Surveyor is also responsible for acquiring and storing all as-built data and updating the construction drawings Prepare surveying work activities plan with site team. Report surveyor performance and work progress to (HOD) manager on daily/weekly basis. Present survey data to technical office engineer and advising about surveying work where Responsible for checking the setting of all construction activities and verification of accuracy Draft drawing and maps using surveying programs, computer aided design software and Arrange for the benchmark and reference’s point to be used at site Ensure work completion on time, and quality standards are maintained in accordance Maintain surveying work tasks record of the site after completion. Adjust surveying instruments to maintain their accuracy. Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures Maintain schedule of tasks as per priority. Coordinate with sub-contractors to initiate their work as required. Monitor the structural elements during work

What You Bring

Knowledge in surveying technology and AutoCAD BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent other cartographic techniques. Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally. 5 + years relevant working experience in well-established Contracting Companies in GCC. • Familiar with requirements of Project Works Authority in UAE. Should have the ability to operate individually and under supervision
