Tasks

-Mentor team members, support their growth, and drive a collaborative, accountable team culture. -Configure and design solutions, troubleshoot NetSuite system issues, and translate complex finance requirements into actionable plans. -Partner with clients, talking their language and delivering solutions that meet business needs. -Lead end-to-end NetSuite engagements, focusing on Finance/Accounting processes and solutions. -Act as the first level of escalation for client issues, ensuring smooth delivery and high satisfaction. -Contribute to practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
