Tasks

-Serve as the primary escalation point for electrical and instrumentation issues -Oversee all electrical works including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance -Lead and mentor electrical trades and apprentices in best practices -Manage electrical spare parts inventory and contractor relationships -Conduct fault finding with PLC hardware and software systems -Audit team member work and maintain safety standards -Manage maintenance planning meetings and act as electrical lead -Lead a team of 10 across 26 water treatment plants in Hunter region -Ensure compliance with Australian, Veolia, and Hunter Water standards -Perform calibration and maintenance of instrumentation equipment
