Tasks
-Support mobilisation of new lettings, developments and capital projects. -Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencies across all facets of Property Management delivery. -Lead and mentor the property management team, ensuring operational excellence and high performance across the team. -Play an integral role in leading the portfolio customer engagement strategy, driving excellence in service delivery and resolving issues proactively. -Oversee financial and budget management, RICS compliance and risk controls. -Champion and effectively operationalise health, safety and sustainability best practice. -Set and deliver the property management strategy, collaborating with internal teams to achieve business and portfolio priorities. -Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative, inclusive working culture.

What You Bring
-Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, service charge management and financial reporting and controls. -Proven strategic leadership and delivery experience in property management, ideally with MRICS accreditation or equivalent. -Innovative, solutions-focused, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes. -Commercially minded, analytical, and able to drive value and efficiencies. -Strong understanding of risk management, health and safety, and sustainability best practice. -Customer-centric, with excellent communication and influencing skills. -Proven people Management experience with an ability to lead and manage teams to effectively drive high performance. -Strong track record managing high-profile, mixed-use portfolios.
