The Role

Overview

Provide coaching to HVAC/plumbing contractors to improve profit and growth.

Tasks

-Write clear and concise business case studies, ROI Reports, and Improvement results, along with opportunity dollars based on successful adaptation and implementation. -Review/offer insight on the financial statements as produced by the Support Team with the client on a call following receipt of documents. -Complete all reporting as directed. -Assist the client in writing procedures, approve write-up as part of BDR philosophy, and implement with the team. -Conduct client calls as scheduled by the Support Coach. -Attend client events as directed. -Contribute to training sessions as requested. -Create and review client management plans with the Senior Coach and work on the plan with clients. -Dedicated support staff to assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting. -Responsible for completing/clearing client calls in contact management software. -Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and trust -Create and communicate client call plans. -Maintain accurate records of outbound and inbound correspondence with clients, including timely updates to company CRM/Scheduling/completed call process. -This role will enable you to contribute to the well-being of a small business, allowing the owner and their team to achieve their professional and personal goals. -Recommend process improvements to clients and /or additional training where needed for staff to help reduce the time needed to perform services. -Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 5 years of hvac or plumbing industry experience -Ability to create and present training material to clients and team members -A minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role for a successful contractor business that is GM level or higher -Demonstrated understanding of all core BDR-recommended client procedures and processes -Quality phone presence -Possess moderate typing skills -Demonstrated core leadership skills -Ability to confront issues head-on using tact and diplomacy -Strong active listening skills -Ability to create/direct sound business strategy and adhere to the plan -Consistent, actionable knowledge transfer to those we serve -Fully cloud-based operations allow easy access to documents. -Demonstrated strength in the understanding of human relationships and connections -Ability to motivate and encourage others -Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing -Understanding the importance of selling up and managing labor -Proven processes and procedures are built out for you to follow. -Ability to fluently navigate the Operations Manual -Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
