Tasks

-Providing clear direction and communication to your team -Leading and supporting a team in the field to complete jobs to spec -Coaching your team on performance, development, and safety -Performing quality checks and compliance audits (WTC assessments, toolbox checks, reports) -Supporting job pricing, resource assignment, and technical drawing interpretation -Scoping and planning tasks, ensuring the right people, plant, and materials are in place -Making sure all gear and equipment is compliant and in top condition

What You Bring

-A strong background in electrical or utility field work (especially distribution networks) -Solid understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental (HSQE) standards -Experience supervising crews and managing workloads -Good communication skills — both with your team and clients -Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
