The Role
Overview
Provide sales support and customer service, handling orders, reporting, and issue resolution.

Tasks
Process Sales orders and track. Analyze process improvement opportunities such as developing automated reporting templates/ applications. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing ad hoc work as needed Review and reconcile reports, transactions by comparing and correcting data. Create tracking metrics and reports including but not limited to quarterly forecasts and quarterly operating reports among others in compliance with contractual terms Manage day-to-day operation to support business operations for internal cross-functional communications. -Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed -Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service -Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with efficiency -Support sales administrative related functions -Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, shipment, tracking, reports, and general follow up -Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as request -Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as request -Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required

What You Bring
-Advanced in Microsoft Excel in addition to working level knowledge of other MS Office products such as Word and PowerPoint and SAP -Preferred operation experience on distribution business -Solid communication skills. Must be able to articulate and communicate complex data information or issues to executives, external stakeholders, and internal team members. -Previous experience supporting sales management preferred and Bachelor degree preferred -Responsible, reliable, proactive, self-starter, and independent. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment -Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up requests -1-3 years of experience in a sales support position. -Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets -Comfortable with fast-paced environment. -Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred -Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. -Education: BA/ BS preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering or Finance -Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders -A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks
